The staff at Clarion Collection Hotel Havnekontoret was patient and very helpful, from the manager to all the other employees. I enjoyed having stable WiFi, luggage storage, and a safe in the room.- The location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was very close to the main tourist attractions, the Floibannen funicular railway, and the delightful Brygge shops.- It was easy to reach Bryggen Hanseatic Wharf from the hotel.

The staff were patient and knowledgeable. The hotel had an excellent location next to a Romanesque church. It was next to the waterfront in Bergen, ferries to fjords and islands, and the harbor of Bergen close to the city center.

We will definitely choose this place on our next trip and recommend it to our friends because we really enjoyed staying there.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, from the manager to all the other employees. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-appointed, with a fine view, a queen bed, a sofa, and free breakfast.

There were new-fashioned, tastefully decorated rooms with a fine view, a double bed, for instance. The location was incredible and lovely, relatively close to Akvariet i Bergen. The staff members were all affable and outstandingly accommodating.

The location of the hotel was great. The view from the tower is particularly worthwhile. Unfortunately, one needed a key for the viewing that was only available on request.

The hotel's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were a pleasant surprise, especially after a long day of travel. The central location was convenient for exploring the city. Despite the smaller room size, the fantastic breakfast, afternoon waffles, and self-service pancake making made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow tourists.

Norwegian hotel mattresses are too soft for our taste. It worked, but we are looking forward to our harder mattresses at home.
